*This discounted package is limited to moms (or dads!) returning to the workforce after significant time away for familial responsibilities including childbirth, taking care of children, supporting elderly parents, etc. It can be tough navigating the process of returning to the workforce, especially after having children. We are a mom-founded company, passionate about providing the support we needed to manage work/kids/elderly parents/{insert your other 439,057 responsibilities}. Many of our employees have either helped others make this transition or done it themselves! Meet with one of our coaches to help you answer questions like: - "How do I hop back in to working full-time? What do I need to know?" - "When I'm interviewing, how do I talk about my career gap without apologizing, diminishing the relevant experience it gave me, or sounding desperate?" - "How do I position myself as a desirable employee after such a long absence from work?" - "What do I need to do to update my resume? How do I address this career gap there?" - "I'm overwhelmed - where do I start??" Our coaches are passionate about helping you find peace of mind and success in your return to work. You don't have to navigate this alone! This package includes the following: - First you will meet with your coach to discuss your overall situation (typically under an hour, which is why this service is only listed for 60 minutes) - during that call, your coach will schedule the additional conversations below - Career Clarity (up to 1 hour conversation) - Resume / Linkedin Review (30 min conversation plus 1 hour of work) - Interview prep (up to 1 hour of virtual roleplay/coaching) - Offer negotiation (up to 1 hour of prep/conversation) - Unlimited texting (we all need a cheerleader!)
