About
I have been a successful tech sales leader at a $40B enterprise, a $100M scale-up, and a small bootstrapped startup.
My broad experience has taught me there is one common thread tying together successful sales teams: Great people. A company can have unlimited funding, perfect product-market fit, and a flawless GTM strategy, however it can NOT reach its full potential without having (and keeping) the right sales leaders and reps in place.
I started Confetti to help clients who want the same thing: Great people. Because at the end of the day, people are what drive success. People turn a workplace into a meaningful place, a vision into reality, a startup into a unicorn.
