This policy covers this website, which is operated by Confetti Recruiting, LLC. When you contact us or submit a profile, we receive whatever you send: your name, email, and anything you write about the role or your career. We use it to reply and, for candidates, to match you with roles that fit.

We never sell your information. We share candidate profiles with a hiring company only after you agree to that specific introduction. Form submissions are processed and stored by our website hosting provider so they can be delivered to us and we can read and respond to them.

We also collect basic pageview analytics: which pages are visited, the referring site, and general device and browser information. We do not use advertising cookies.

To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email hello@confettirecruiting.com and we will take care of it.

This site describes our recruiting work. Reaching out through a form or email starts a conversation, not an engagement — search terms are agreed in writing before any search begins.
